Cancellations and Refunds

• More than 7 days before scheduled delivery: Full refund
• 2-7 days before scheduled delivery: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery: No refund

For ongoing services like monthly memberships, you may cancel at any time with at least 7 days notice before the next billing date.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel services in exceptional circumstances, such as staff illness or unforeseen emergencies. If we cancel, we'll offer to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're unsatisfied with a service, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to address concerns, either by revising our recommendations at no additional cost or providing a full refund.
